We have a damaged Freecom usb drive that looks like the connecting cable has been bent against the connection on the hard drive, this small part has broken off the hard drive circuit making computer connection impossible. The hard drive its self is ok.
I have an external hard drive with lots of photos on it which I can’t turn on to access. I think it has been dropped, and it sounds as if the hardware is trying to start but can’t. Could I get a quote for how much this might cost?
USB memory stick does not work when plugged in to port, can you recover the data on the stick?. I was wondering how much you charge for USB data recovery. The device is not being recognised by the computer. The following has been tried: device manager, computer manager, my computer. I think it is a hardware failure.
I have spare USB’s of the same type if required for parts, etc.
Hi I was recently on holiday and my iphone 7 plus and my stupid partner decided to see if he could take a pic under water the sea it was in there for literally a few minutes when he got it out it started making a clicky noise then went off and is completely dead this happend about a week and half ago and still won’t work at all my laptop won’t recognise it either I’ve been so upset as I have lost my holiday photos I took as obviously I was out and did not have time to connect to wifi for them certain pictures to be updated to iCloud is there anything you can do and if so a rough price
Prices: Data recovery is only applicable if you want the data off the storage device that has gone wrong. If you’re not bothered about the data then don’t buy a data recovery service, simply replace the hard drive or mobile phone. The cost of recovering a Freecom hard drive like the one above costs around £500 depending on the damage.
