Data Recovery Advice

Seagate Baracuda 2TB docked external drive makes recurring clicking noise at power up then is silent. Not recognised by dock or PC SATA as media. Replacing controller with same firmware made no difference so think it is heads fault.

Buffalo 500GB external hard drive clicks and fails to start. I need a quote to include any additional costs related to where the recovered data would be placed.

I am looking for a spare part for a Seagate 2.5 hard drive (which was inside a Freecom MG mobile drive). It is a USB 3.0 converter. The P/N is EPB0009150 and I can also read S10F4501 – A0. I am not sure if the information are sufficient, but I can also send you a picture of the component.

Unable to read hard drive I/O Out Error

I contacted you yesterday about an external hard drive that stopped working.
It’s very important (to me), because it has all my backups of research data and photos and everything on there. Unfortunately, my laptop stopped working last week and had to be sent to lenovo for repairs. As I had a backup on my external hard drive in was not too worried about the laptop potentially being wiped. Now the external hard drive is unresponsive and I’m in a panic.

my external hardrive is only appearing on disk utility, i have attempted first aid however it appears to be unsuccessful. and has advised if possible to back up all data. i believe a file has been corrupted and this has somehow broken the hardrive’s structure. i would greatly appreciate a full back up of the hard drive.

I use my seagate external hard drive to store my travel footages and edited vlogs. One day I connected it to my laptop and it completely froze the laptop. I was unable to eject before restarting because it was frozen. Once it was turned back on, the hard drive didn’t show up on finder or desktop. When it eventually does, nothing shows up, my laptop crashes and I would have to restart it again.
